This tsumami kanzashi design is original to my sister:
, but she hasn't uploaded it yet. I draw illustrations for them.
Here is the flower:
This is based on another of my friends who graduated. She is also wearing hakama that you can't see. 
her kimono is a rental kimono、but she wears it very well.
...honestly, the model now doesn't look much like my friend...her smile isn't nearly big enough, and her hair isn't long enough. oh well.

Originality Technique ImpactHeya its the first time I write a Critique so..
First of all sorry of my horrible English I hope you can forgive me.
Okej about the set up from the drawing I love it the coler combination is amazing and evrything is going with in the wind flow. Thats just a realy nice set up !
Also compliments on the flowers on her kimono and darn those eyes are like they realy are staring to me! As for the hair accessoires. her hair and lips you just can see you can make amazing designs and set ups from drawings.
Tough the lesser part for you the Critique part.
I think its lesser that her right arm take the howle drawing down. The posision she makes with that arm is just almost not posable and also the right shoulder is to low realy if she is lifting her right arm/hand. A easy way to know how this work is draw a straight line from the left to the right shoulder. most of the time those two are conected with echouder. I duno exact how to explain this right now. Also I am asking my self do you use basic shapes in youre sketches I think this also would help a lot that you wil not lose the track where the arm should start and stop its always better to start a sketch with those basic lines instead of just drawing already cloths befoure you even know where the boddy parts are.
So if you don't use them. Use basic shapes ! like stick figures and sutch it realy helps a lot with improving anatomi our know where to place things
Tough If I watch to the hand I think that looks amazing again lots artist have trouble with those !
the coler technike is also realy nice. Realy becouse this is done traditional. is it always hard to get the colers in one time right.
If I where you I would take this drawing again and fix that small mistake in the arm just for pracatice and also to make this amazing idea and drawing even more amazinger ! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="
